Going Crazy for Cool Merch

You know those American beach town t-shirts, the ones with the name of the town on the shirt’s front that spark a warm and fuzzy feeling when you think of that summer you spent when you were 16 in Cape Cod, Massachusetts ? The goal was to create a T-shirt for the Inn that could encapsulate that feeling and vibe, but elevated in design.

The Importance of a Strong Grid

The McGowan not only has a range of beautiful rooms to stay in, they have an amazing gourmet restaurant serving delicious local food and ingredients. It was important for the Inn to showcase both institution separately, but to make it cohesive as a whole.

Brand Identity + Website

Studio Balance

Studio Balance has been through big changes in 2024. Laurent started by a complete rebuild of the physical studio and decided to change the studio’s identity and design direction. The studio went from being Studio Lufs to Studio Balance. We did a new Brand Book and rebuilt the website from scratch.

The Logo and its Icon

Studio Balance is a music studio. They reached out to me to design a fresh and dynamic logo that captures their creative essence. The new design blends modern aesthetics with a nod to their unique sound, creating a strong visual identity.

Website Design

After finishing the studio, Laurent took some great pictures of the space and we wanted to immediately implement those in the website design. The studio stands out as a cozy, high-end, welcoming space. The color palette matches and complements the mood well.
